This one is especially close to home. IT'S A HOUSE THING was recorded live at Quai 58, my new bar in Lagoa da Conceição, Florianópolis. After years of playing in clubs, bars, festivals, and parties, there's something very special about being able to record a set in a place that I can now call my own. The selection is rooted in house music, with disco and soul running through it, gradually picking up speed along the way. By the end, we're approaching 140 BPM and starting to cross into garage territory — but I'll leave the rest for you to discover. There's also something different about this particular session: every track in this set comes directly from the music packs I've been building from my personal collection.
