Playing humanity like some kind of game while they sit at the top like grandmasters seething over a societal chess board. Everyone believes the Blight was a natural disaster. Everyone believes the lie. But I found something out. Something that proves the Ruin intentionally triggered the Blight. And they're not happy about it. So I left immediately. Raced through the city to the outskirts where I await salvation. My source told me about this decommissioned orbital elevator beyond the city limits. They call it The Open Wedge. He said the Militia quietly uses it for discreet transport to the Junction, the gateway to the rest of our system. I hope he's telling me the truth. The Ruin most likely followed me out of the city. They're probably watching me.
