Asha ~ A tree grows from the heart
'A tree grows from the heart', a piano piece by Asha (aka Asher Quinn & Asha Elijah), from the compilation album "Sketches of Innocence." Download/CD available here ~ http://ashaquinn.com/sketchesofinnocence.htm This is an improvised piano piece created in 1988. I lightly orchestrated it and put it on my album "Single as Love". The title came from a painting by a friend of mine, Marie-Claire Isaaman, and the music is an expression of the natural innocence of our connection to nature. The tree is a symbol of life in many traditions... especially the Kabbala... because it is rooted in Mother Earth, and reaches up to Father Sky. And we are the same... rooted in the earth, and reaching for the sky!
