Моделирование границ человеческого восприятия и существования . Speaker: Head of the Department of History of Philosophy of the Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences Valery Evorovsky. October 26, 2023 Within the framework of the lecture the developed intellectual model was tested, which is the result of the interpretation of interdisciplinary research, including philosophy, neuroscience and psychology, and allows a new explanation of the active role of the brain in the formation of the perception of reality. 1. Generating Predictions and Interpretations. Instead of passively receiving sensory data, the brain actively creates predictions and interpretations based on prior knowledge. This means that our perception of the world is shaped by the active participation of the brain. 2. The importance of imagination, creativity, and spontaneity. The model pays special attention to the role of imagination, creativity, and spontaneity in the process of perception and cognition. These factors explain how the brain generates new ideas and concepts, not just processes existing data. 3. The difference between objective reality and subjective representation. The model highlights the difference between objective reality (noumenon) and how we interpret this reality (phenomenon). It helps to understand how our consciousness forms its own picture of the world. 4. Networks of the passive mode of the brain as a key element in the implementation of Kantian principles. Within the framework of the model, it is proposed to use the results of the study of the passive mode network of the brain as a key player in the implementation of the built-in Kantian preprocessor matrix. 5. The brain as an active creator of reality. The main conclusion of the model is the representation of the brain as an active creator of our subjective reality. The brain does not simply accept information, but actively builds representations based on knowledge, imagination, and unconscious methods of information processing.
