Ramen in Japan - 4 different Styles_Chefs

I have eaten at Ichiran (first place) in Fukuoka Japan... so so so delicious. I know they opened a location in NYC but I am on the west coast (also read that a bowl in New York costs at least double what it does in Japan). Hakata style bone broth is so rich and amazing. There were other non chain restaurants and even street stalls that also had incredible ramen, but Ichiran was very fast and casual and pretty cheap at the time for how good it was. permalink. embed
